How to set up a simple code-sharing environment for your science museums experience.
This tutorial is for iOS.
The next step is to setup the environment in your home.
Open the Settings app and tap on “Environment.”
The Settings app is where you can configure your environment.
Tap on “Code Sharing” and then “Code.”
Tap on the “Send Code” button.
Once you’re done with that, you’ll get an option to “Add a Code Sharing URL.”
Select “Add Code Sharing,” and the app will pop up with a list of URLs that you can use to share your code with other people.
Open up your app, and the first thing you’ll see will be a link to a webpage for sharing code with.
Tap that, and you’ll have your own home-ready code- sharing page.
Next, go to the website you want to share code from and tap the “Share Code” link.
You can add a link by using the same URL you’ve shared with your friend.
After you tap “Share,” the code will appear in your browser’s address bar.
To open your code, just tap the code you want in the address bar and hit the “View Code” icon at the bottom.
If you want the code to show up in the status bar, simply tap the icon to the right of it.
Once the code is shown in your code-share page, you can copy and paste it into your code to add it to the museum’s website.
If your code is in the public domain, just make sure to change it to a Creative Commons attribution, like this one.
