Durham Science Museum’s museum to reopen with new collection of artifacts
Posted On October 13, 2021
The Durham Museum of Science and Technology will open its doors for the first time since it closed in 2010.
The museum, which opened in the spring of 2018, will have an exhibit that will feature more than 20,000 artifacts, including artifacts that are being donated to museums around the world, the Durham Times reports.
The facility is now the only one of its kind in the city.
The museum is in the same building as the Duramontana Museum of Contemporary Art and the Durgan Arts Centre.
